Pool Room
The Lightcliffe Pool Room is a new edition to our venue, which houses a brand new pool table kept up to match standard to ensure the best environment for our members and guests to enjoy.
The Pool Room has recently been fully redecorated, with plans to upgrade the seating and table space in the not too distant future.
We also have a large screen TV in the Pool Room with full access to Sky TV.
The Lightcliffe is now home to a new team playing in the Rastrick & District Pool League; www.facebook.com/BrighousePoolLeague

This league also plays host to several annual competitions, including the Challenge Cup, Shield Cup, Individual Knockouts, Individual Ladies Knockouts and Doubles Knockouts.
End Of Season Round-Up...

23/05/2022 - The guys showed some tremendous skill to walk away with a 3-8 victory Away against Black Bull A who were fighting for 1st position at the top of the League. Some absolutely fantastic matchplay on show.

30/5/2022 - In the penultimate game of the Season, after a very closely fought Match, the Team lost 4-7 at Home against Top Club A, also fighting for the top position in the 21/22 Pool League. Some amazing talent on show from both sides.
​
6/6/2022 - In the final Game of the Season, the guys narrowly missed out with a 7-4 Away loss against Southowram Social Club. The Team finished 5th out of 10 in the 21/22 League, we are all extremely proud of what the guys achieved for their 1st Season at The Lightcliffe. We have no doubts whatsoever that they will come back fighting in 22/23 and bring back the accolades.

We are more than confident our Pool Team will do an amazing job and bring home many accolades for The Lightcliffe, they are quickly gaining momentum as the 21/22 Winter Season goes on.

As you can see the professional side of this brilliant venue is coming on leaps and bounds, however, this venue is also open to members and their guests; feel free to come down and have a go on our brand new table for just 50p a game.
To ensure fair use of the Pool Room and its facilities, Pool Room etiquette is as follows;

The table is given on a first-come, first-served basis.

The table charge is 50p per game.

Players are to be mindful of other players; if the Pool Room is busy, try to play in groups and after every game, rotate players fairly.
